Can someone tell me the throttle body size of a stock 95 GT? And what the advantages are to moving to a bigger one?

I just talked to our Mustang guru at the dealership and he says they came stock with a 65mm throttlebody and the reason for a bigger one is more air in more horsepower out. Makes sense to me. LOL

Just remember if your going to add more air always add more fuel with it.

are you saying Ill need bigger injectors? Or it just going to be worse on gas?

The computer will generally correct the air/fuel ratio for minor changes like a throttle body. You will not need bigger injectors until you make a more significant mod. With every mod you move the choke point somewhere else. Free up the MAF and throttle body makes the intake the choke point, change it and now it is the heads. By then it will be back to the MAF so have a plan before modding. Going to big without other mods will actually hurt performance. Also keep in mind the ECC on the 94-95's is much less mod tolerant than the ECC IV on the fox body 5.0's.
