Steeda Functional Race Wing

Does anyone know if the Steeda Functional Race Wing will fit the rear trunk of a 2001 in the same general area as the stock GT wing or will it require minor body work/paint to patch existing holes before installing it?

If I remember correctly there are 3 different apps for the wing in order to use the stock holes. a 94-98, 99-00, and 01-04. If you want a straight answer call steeda.
