Auburn

I bought an Auburn for my stang off ebay. It has no miles on it and no paperwork. So my question comes from differing stories about installation. Do you need c-clip eliminators to properly install this? The axles are stock. Thanks for the help, in advance.

From off the top of my head i dont believe u need them(c-clip elim.), i think it is a bolt in deal, i have installed detroit lockers and you didnt need them, havent installed a auburn yet, if you had some pics i could look at it for you

I read post by a guy a while back on a different forum, and it was for a 7.5" diff., but he had to order some kind of C-clip parts from Auburn, $13 dollars a piece I think. Might not be the same for your application. But I'm sure you could contact them to find out what you need.
