PLAYLIST HOW?

On some other websites I have seen playlist like from projectplaylist.com. Well I have one of those and I can't figure out how to put the **** thing on here. If anyone is sweet enough to help me PLEASE do because I'm about to BASH my computer because it is making me MAD!!!!
