lookin at a 91 fox, its a best offer car, guy says it needs a flywheel and steering rack. how much does a used/rebuilt rack go for? and what is a better clutch set-up then stock, i plan on doing full exhuast, CAI, gears, intak manifold and maybe port the stock heads. it be a budget car till i get so more dough

500 or so for parts depending on how much better than stock you go. Exhaust headers and cat back for what you need. Replacing the h with cats is not necessary at your projected power level, taking away too much backpressure actually costs horsepower. Gears 3:55 for manual, 3:73 auto is a general rule. Many will say 3:73 for manual but if you add more than your planned hp you will want the 3:55's. I spin on street tires 1,2 and 3rd with 3:73's. I have about $7,500 into my car, half of that is blower, wheels and tires.

btw steering rack is like 90 bucks; fairly easy to change
